It was in the evening I was sitting all alone in the evening, enjoying the weather outside with my lovely pet. Jacksie and I were waiting for my parents to come so that we can enjoy the dinner together on Saturday evening. I was petting Jacksie and suddenly the doorbell rang. I was expecting my parents. But, unfortunately, they were not there. There was a man in a courier dress. I was shocked to see the courier boy so late. I still opened the door.

He passed me an envelope and was gazing at my house. I found it weird. Before I could speak, he asked me for a glass of water. I brought him a glass of water. Meanwhile, he just came into my house and shut the door. I shouted for help. But no one responded. That man came to steal things from our home.

He showed me the knife and ask me to give him all the precious and valuable items in the house. I was scared but was not blank. I called Jacksie. He came running. At the same time, I took a metal pot in my hand. Jacksie came at full speed and attacked the man. He was a fully-trained dog for such kinds of attacks.

Me, at the same time, hit hard on the head of the person. He fainted. I tied him and immediately called cops. He was arrested within 10 minutes.

Everything was normal in 15 minutes. Even my parents arrived. Cops appreciated me and Jacksie for a brave action. This incident left a bad imprint on my brain. It was difficult for me to recover. Panic attacks ruined my night. My mom decided to give me some medical treatment. I took a completed course of 1 month. But nothing changed. Panic attacks were constant.

One of my mom’s friends asked her to take me to a psychiatrist or acupuncturist. After researching a lot, we came to the conclusion that we should refer to a licensed acupuncturist.

In a small town Somer, we went to an acupuncturist for panic attacks and she treated very well. Now after a year. I am free from panic attacks and anxiety.

~This small incident was narrated by anonymous, who wanted to pen down the real story, but has no idea how to initiate. So I helped and wrote the overall incident.
